1973 Phil Esposito scored twice as Boston won 3-2, at Toronto.

1974 Boston's Phil Esposito scored twice to become the second player in franchise history to score 400 goals as a member of the Bruins. The milestone goals (along with an assist) came in an 8-2 win against the visiting Kansas City Scouts.

1990 Ken Hodge, Jr. son of the former Boston star, made his debut as a Bruin, in a 5-4 win over the Blackhawks, at Boston Garden. The Bruins won with five goals in the third period, led by Cam Neely's goal and two assists.
